How about a Haunt?

PhoenFX wants to bring our immersive haunts to your unused storefront!

Our haunts are all Charity based and a portion of the proceeds from every haunt feeds our Ember Youth Fund. We have helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities over the years using these haunts as our main vehicle for fundraising for these worthy programs. These haunts can draw are wider customer base to your retail center, and especially those centers with a greater variety of services and products can find an increase in exposure because of them.

What makes a good Haunt location?

Ideally, PhoenFX is looking for open spaces located in retail centers, malls, or stand-alone brick and mortar storefronts with 5,000 to 20,000 square feet of open floor space (we’ll design the haunt to fit!) and fully compliant with zoning and building codes. Obviously, exposure is paramount, and so we look for locations with a solid residential base nearby, with a transient exposure of at least 20,000  cars per day.

Because of the nature of our haunts, we would be looking for a 3 month lease- starting mid August and ending mid November.
